Nurru recently commenced operations in 2025, but our capability is built on the deep experience of our team and partner organisation, Hartcorp. Together, we’ve delivered projects across government, community, and high-risk infrastructure sectors. Our Projects

The Glen Group

Provide client-side project management services for:

  • Delivered a new 20-bed Aboriginal Community Controlled Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre for Women.

  • Business Case  for funding of The Glen for Men Expansion Project.

  • Refurbishment of existing assets including office, transition, and isolation houses.

Airservices Australia

Provide a mixture of client-side project management, strategic procurement, contract implementation and contract management services for:

  • PFAS management programs.

  • Western Sydney Airport – Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) station and navigational aids.

  • ARFF National Fleet Solution.

  • Facilities management and infrastructure upgrades.

Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO)

Provide strategic procurement and contract implementation services for:

  • Design and construct housing packages.

  • Asset maintenance programs and flood recovery initiatives.

  • Energy efficiency upgrades (solar and air conditioning).

  • Multiple grant-funding programs.

Harnleigh

Provide project, contract and bid management services for:

  • Delivery of their overhead electrical network construction contract with Ausgrid.

  • Delivery of their public lighting and electrical services with City of Sydney and previous industrial cleaning contract with Sydney Water.

  • Provide bid management services across their portfolio of works.

Provide strategic procurement, commercial and subject matter expertise to major clients including:

  • Schools Infrastructure NSW

  • Transport for NSW

  • Sydney Metro

  • EnergyCo

Provide strategic procurement services for:

  • Turnkey land and housing packages.

  • Delivery of FY26 housing program including demolition, refurbishment, construction, and modern methods of construction (MMC) housing projects.
