Purpose-Driven.
People-Focused.
Nurru is a proud majority Aboriginal-owned and operated business (Supply Nation Registered) based on Darkinjung Country, on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
Founded by sisters Baylee and Mia Mashman, proud Walbunja Women of the Yuin Nation, Nurru was built on a vision to create genuine change in the construction and infrastructure industries. By combining cultural heritage, project delivery expertise, and lived experience, they aim to drive increased Aboriginal Participation and employment across the sector.
Supported by their parents, Paul and Kylie Hartley, both highly experienced project delivery professionals, Nurru provides high-quality services while creating pathways for Aboriginal peoples through:
Training opportunities in project management, procurement, and contract management.
Increasing Aboriginal Participation in procurement outcomes.
Partnerships with other Aboriginal organisations to strengthen supply chains.
For Nurru, every project is an opportunity to deliver professional excellence with a social and cultural impact.
